What we collect

When you book or visit, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, appointment details, and the intake and health information you give us so we can provide your massage safely. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card number. We also keep the messages you send us.

How we use it

We use your information to book and manage your appointments, send confirmations and reminders, answer your questions, take care of you during your session, and keep the records our license requires. We send offers and news only if you agree to receive them.

Text messages

When you book with us or text us, we may text you about your appointments, such as confirmations, reminders and changes, and reply to your messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We text offers only to clients who agree to them, and agreeing is never required to book. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the studio, such as our scheduling, payment, text message and email providers, and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Your health information

Your intake forms and session notes are kept confidential and are used only for your care. They are seen only by the therapists who work with you.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
